Do you custom make, say I want this dress in that material?
At this stage yes I do! Just send me an email email@example.com to discuss your idea, and if possible, I can make it happen!
I have an unhealthy amount of fabric (which I can no longer keep hidden from the husband) so if you’re wanting something in say a specific colour and you can’t see anything online, just shoot me an email and I can send you some additional fabric ideas. Help me clear this stash and keep the hubby!
Do you do larger sizes?
Sizes are generally Newborn to 6 years (some up to 8-10 years), but some of my patterns do go beyond 6 years, I just don’t make them up into stock. But if you are after a larger size please shoot me an email firstname.lastname@example.org, and let me know what you are after, and I can let you know if a larger size is possible or not.
How can I pay for my order?
If you are in New Zealand, or you hold a NZ bank account, you can pay for your order via bank deposit. If you are overseas you can pay via paypal – these options are both available to choose on checkout.

How much is shipping in NZ?
Standard shipping in NZ is $5 – this is for non signature required Courier Post, or with NZ Post for large or bulky orders.
Postage within NZ to rural addresses is sent with NZ Post
Do you post overseas?
We sure do, we’ve got many frequent overseas shoppers in Australia, USA, Canada and the UK and we post out our international items once a week. There is a flat rate to Australia for $10, and anywhere else $15. Delivery time is on average around 10-14 working days, sometimes sooner to Aussie.
Please be aware that postage to remote countries can take a lot longer than it should, like 1-2 months.
Delivery times can be delayed by your local postal system once NZ Post hands off its part of the delivery chain.
What happens if my product gets lost in the mail?
Unfortunately once a parcel leaves our hands we are not responsible for what may happen to it, so we don’t offer refunds on lost parcels.
We will however go above and beyond to liase for you with NZ Post and do everything we can to find that parcel.
Touch wood we haven’t lost a parcel yet in all our years of shipping around the world.
What are your return policies?
We unfortunately can’t accept returns on change of mind. But if you buy something and it doesn’t fit, we are happy to exchange for a better size. I’m always available to discuss sizing/measurements of all products before you buy, so please don’t feel like you can’t hit me up to make sure you are getting the right fit the first time. Any returned items must be unwashed, unworn and in a re-saleable condition. Returned within 7 days of receiving.
Our sale/clearance item sales are final.
What are your clearance/sale terms?
Items that are bought during a clearance sale must be paid for within 24 hours, or they are released back into stock.
We don’t offer long term holds or laybys on these items sorry.
If you are wanting to hold your items for more than 24 hours, but less than 72 hours, then a 50% non-refundable deposit is required
Huge clearance items (more than 50%) may not be 100% perfect, these items are market stock, so have been touched by human hands. They may have small, nearly un-noticable blemishes, or just need a freshen up in the wash – this is why they are so cheap.
Is it safe to buy from you?
It sure is! I am a one woman band, so all information you share with me, email address, physical address etc, is only seen by me and I will not share your details with anyone else, I hate spam too so won’t spam you I promise!
