Returns and Exchanges
If you are not happy with your item, we are happy to offer a refund or exchange on all full priced items bought online at punkbaby.co.nz
Items must be carefully returned in original/resaleable condition – unworn/unwashed/tags attached and not smelling of perfume or washing powder – within 7 days – return shipping is to be paid by the customer.
Please note that the original shipping costs will not be refunded – and if you paid for your order using the laybuy function, then you will be refunded less the 5% laybuy fee.
Please ensure you return your items safely, as we cannot take responsibility for them until they are in our hot little hands – tracking is recommended.
Sorry but we are unable to offer exchanges/refunds on sale purchases – all sale items are final. All listings have detailed measurements, compare these measurements to an item of clothing that fits your child well to give you the best indication of how they will fit.
Cancelling your order
As soon as you submit your order, there are automatic fees deducted from us (for example, payment processing fees which are non-refundable to us). Due to this, if you cancel your order once it is placed, you will be refunded less a 5% processing fee.
If by chance you accidently receive an item with a fault, please accept our apologies and contact us straight away so that we can sort out a refund or an exchange. We are happy to help in any way that we can.
All prices on our website are in New Zealand Dollars
Payment can be made by Laybuy or PayPal.
Laybuy function can be used by New Zealanders and Australians only (sorry we do not offer traditional laybuys outside using this function)
For National/International orders we also accept Paypal – if you don’t have a Paypal account, you can check out as a guest using a credit/debit card.
Items are posted within New Zealand using Courier Post
If you are rural, or have an oversized package, then it will be shipped with NZ Post (non signature required)
Postage within NZ is a flat rate of $5 which is for normal or rural postage
Australian orders are posted with DHL Courier (tracked)
Orders posted to Australia are $15.00 shipping and take approximately 1-3 days (or 2-3 weeks during Covid delay times)
All other International orders are shipped with DHL Courier (tracked)
Orders posted to the rest of the world are $29.00 shipping and take approximately 5-7 days (if you live in a remote country, this can take a little longer). (or 1 month during Covid delay times)
Any additional fees you may incur on your order when it enters your country – duties, taxes, customs fees – are your responsibility to pay. If you refuse to pay these fees and the parcel is destroyed, you will not be refunded for your order.
What if my order doesn’t arrive?
Once a parcel has been delivered, we are not responsible for what may happen to it, unfortunately we don’t offer refunds on parcels that go missing after they have been delivered. Please ensure you are choosing a postage address where someone is there to receive it, or that you specify for it to be left in a safe place.
Please choose a sensible place for them to be left unattended.
An order lost in transit will be investigated by the mail carrier
